Water baptism is a public declaration of the believer saying 'I have put my faith in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of my sins and for my salvation. A declaration that one's old life is gone and a new life committed to living for His glory has begun. It is the first step of obedience in your walk with Christ and something to be celebrated!
