Charles and Allison Church first visited Harvest in February of 2013. Immediately they fell in love with the people and family atmosphere. They soon joined the church and began serving.
Together, Charles and Allison serve the families at Harvest as leaders of ELEMENT Youth for students in grades 7th - 12th. Each Wednesday night they incorporate students in a youth service with live worship and student centered teaching. Their goal is to see students grow, minister, and know their purpose in Christ. Besides youth services, they also organize and plan fun activities each month for ELEMENT Youth.
"As Youth Pastors, we are passionate about students having an encounter with God. Our desire is to inspire students to go after God every day and not settle for anything less than God's plans for their life. Ultimately God is the giver of all things."
Charles and Allison have a strong commitment to family and enjoy every minute they get to spend together with their children, Landon and Raegan.
